    Tires rubbing new body

I just painted up a new body and my wheels rub against the inside and outside when driving. I'd hate to rub the paint off and I've already tried raising the body high before it looked stupid again and I've lifted it by moving the shocks on my a arms. are there any spacers or something of that sort that I could use?

Your other option is to trim the body. Not sure if you want to go that route though.

Really, you could make almost anything work for spacers. I have used scrap plastic pieces, nuts, firm foam blocks, etc.

I love this system in my P4de. Cool as a cucumber. Nice on 2S. Heaven on 3S. 4S is insanity.

This may sound a little dumb so I guess you can call me a dummy. Depending on the tire you have the front and rear have different offsets. I put a set of trenchers on and the front was rubbing the body. What the heck! I jump right online and order FLM extended A arms. After that I went back to investigate a little further and found I had switched the fronts to the rear and rears to the front. Duh, No loss though. Am always looking for upgrades. lol

This is a p4de right? The 4x4 run the same offsets on fronts and backs.

    92.5 mph Rustler (Rusty 1.0 R.I.P.)
    78 mph on 4s/93 on 6s(Rusty 2.0)
    86.9 mph Stampede 4x4
Just need one more rc, then Ill be done...

No, I have an awesome Rustler though. I don't have a clue if the pede has the same offset or not.. I was just speaking of a mix up I had. Thinking seriously about a 4x4 pede. Therefore, I am hear being nosy!

I didn't like the standard Rusty, so I tried the wide mod, and lastly the narrow.

With any of these setups and you can run all the same offset wheels on your Rusty.

I preferred the narrow mod Rusty which is Slash rear A-arms and RPM offset compensating front A-arms.

On all of my Traxxas RCs (Rusty, Sla2h, P2de, Sl4sh, P4de, Rally...), I got rid of the offset wheel problem long ago because I'm easily confused!

RPM only makes extended front A-arms for the P2de but it will work for the Rusty too. You will need longer steering and camber links.

I honestly should have done my homework. I bought integy fronts which came with them. Turned around later and bougth the flm rears and just figured ( duh ) They came with them. Not sure my LHS will have them. Hobbytown. Not the best place for parts I have found out. My Rusty is sure a money pit. Of course it's all my choosing that I don't mind. Every dime I spend makes it a bahrama bull.
