Got me a set of hubs but pins that come with it don't fit my telluride , they are slightly to large anyone had any luck or mod to fit , should I drill the axle pin hole ? Or are they only good for like a Summit or ERevo ?
Any idea ?

Those are for the big trucks like the emaxx or revo. You should have gotten 6856x.
TRX4(lots of mods), TCP(will stay with me), Custom Summit, GTP Fiero(in rebuild stage), "My Summit" pic is posted in the Summit gallery........and some other things.
No, the 6858x kit won't work with MIP axles.
Traxxas stock/cvd axles use a axle pin (12mm hexes, with the 17mm hexes this is a screw) to hold the hexes onto the axles.
MIP uses keyed axles, without a hole to put the axle pin through. (the older version MIP axles did, but this turned out to be a weak spot on the axles, so the current design has omitted the holes, in favor of a keyed design).
You can use MIP 10115 17mm hex adapters or Hot-Racing SLF17R06 serrated 17mm hex adapters
P4de, G.D., K.Block, K. Busch, Summit, ERBE, TRX-4
Hot racing WH17HT01 is what you want. They sit on top of the mip 12mm hex.
Here is a pic, I know its a slash but I do use the adapters I mentioned.

Slash 4x4 138MPH
it will add width to your setup, but whatever ofset you have on your wheels is on your wheels
I have the +6mm version the HR setup is sweet. I run the MIPs with the keyed 12mm hexes and use the 17mm conversion on my slash lcg 4x4
