Thank you very much Double G.
I bought a slayer for my nephew and am looking to replace some parts that are beat up and all I see is a parts list for the Slayer pro 4x4 can all of the parts from the new truck be used on the older one.
Thank you very much for your help

The original Slayer was the 5908 which the only difference was it used the older Revo 2.5 chassis and the shorter arms and links. The later models brought the 3.3 chassis and wider arms. The shorter arms do not have the "X" on the part number.

It can get kind of expensive with all the parts you need, the longer chassis is the least cost although unnecessary but you will need the steering rods, strut rods, axle driveshafts and a arms to complete a wider version of the old slayer. I converted a revo roller to an e-slayer. All together I stuck about $1000 into it. Stay with the nitro! LOL!
