RPM Front Bumper Mount

Just fitted a new RPM bumper mount and have noticed that the bumper is now about 2cm higher and about 2cm closer in to the body. Is this normal or should it be exactly the same as the original Traxxas bumper mount?
I did accidentally crash into a tree that came out of nowhere hard enough to crack the original mount and cleanly cut the headlight wires in two.
Bit worried I might have bent or broken something else but can't see anything obvious.

Try flipping it

Mountains can't stop me they have tried

Unfortunately throw the original in the bin when I removed it so can't compare the two.

They are almost impossible to break at least

Wonder it might have been packaged wrong and is an e-revo one as the body is actually touching the bumper
