    Yeah , my summit is my favorite truck also. If Traxxas decides to come out with a new summit I hope they don't discontinue the original , at least for parts availability or have the '' new version '' be able to support the original. I have had mine since 2011. All stock. Love it. I run the venum 5000MAH NIHM with multiple connectors in mine.

    Is there any talk of a Summit 2.0? I am very interested in the Summit as my 1/16 Summit and Rustler were the epitome of buyers remorse episodes. If an off-road-basher-RC doesn't have true locking 4WD, is it even an RC?

    Nice! I like the rx wire twisted like that, looks good. Heres my route job. Was thinking about that wire mesh to slide over it. I may clip zipties and do a twist all the way to rx. Thats how I did my car audio installs when I had long runs of wire. Right off the spool rack put the wires I needed in drill, measured length, pinched them off and coil them up with drill. Made for super clean installs.

    Is a Traxxas SUMMIT XXXXL really coming?

    I hope so....FPV'ing regular SUMMIT the snow is too much for it (gets stuck easily)

    I've heard rumors of one yes, but I have no idea on specs or a release date though. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
