E-revo 2.0 out of box speed test

Took it straight out of box on 6s and made a couple pulls to check speed. impressive right out of box. Tires were ballooning but it handled great and ran straight..

Nice clean run! Is that going to remain a basher? Or can we expect the number on the speedometer to gradually keep increasing?

    Sounds like a plan.

How to fix the balooing tires? Is there any tire Traxxas recommend for using in asphalt that can do 70+mph like they say in the box with right pinion/spur gear?

ViTosS, Try X01 tires, gear it to the moon and let her Rip. Nice run Phil. I'm not disappointed with 55 right out of the box...

I see... But isn't there any tire that can work for most street and a little offroad? Because you can only use these tires for speedrun and very smooth asphalt.

I'm not a speed expert. My opinion is if you're talking 70mph+. Your talking strictly street tires. Hopefully the speed guys will chime in.

I don't know if you can hit 70mph like Traxxas say using correct gear relation and 6S LiPo while using stock tires, they seem to baloon to much and I doubt you can hit 70mph without them explode.
