    Battery Covery Issue

New DCB M41 which has flipped twice, hit the water and landed right side up. In both cases the cockpit cover has come out of the slot where it inserts in the bow of the boat and spun around. The first time it snapped the pin off in the back the holds it closed. Sent it back for repair. Second time it did not break off.
Now using tape on the cover hopefully eliminate the problem.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Yup tape hatch is your friend, it Will not waterproof your boat but it Will save your hatch in case of a flip or accident. I use a hockey tape less residue when You take it off.
