New truck out on the trails today :-)

Hi all been away from RC's since my Revo 2.5 4 years back. Took the plunge and got a red trx 4, took a bit of getting used to after only running high speed nitro cars but had a few hours around a dis used quarry today and was very pleased with its climbing abilities.

Ran all morning on the traxxas 5000 3s pack no problem! Tweeked a few things when I got home though, I've reversed the diff lockers as it makes no sense having only the front locked as it affects turning so swapped that round, Also added a bit of weight under the front bumper to help keep the nose down. I have to say its surprised me how robust it is! The truck took quite a few tumbles and cartwheels without any issue at all, if that had been my old revo id of snapped a few suspension arms for sure!

Iv'e posted a few pics in the link below

Wow you've got good terrain to drive on. Also the bone stock TRX-4 is amazing strong for all the features it has. I thought that the diffs and the tranny would need constant maintenance I was surprised
    Guess who's back.
    Back again.
