It’s overpriced to me. I’d look for an aftermarket set online.

It’s a bit cheaper on eBay, one for $150 on there. Still a pretty penny. Wonder what the stock shocks and links could be worth to sell?

Everything seems to fit nicely so far! I am converting a tactical to a Bronco body, so I am installing the fenders and making adjustments along the way during the lift kit install. You have to add the included oil in the shocks, so I am looking for a lighter weight than the 30wt supplied. The fenders didn't come with screws for the rock lights, so looking for those. Also looking for 2.2 wheels/tires.

A lot more work than it looks. So far axles off truck, fenders installed along with servo mount. Next is diff lock cables, shocks filled and installed, and suspension links installed.

Sorry, didn't think to get pics.

Can you post pics of the installed servo mount please? Also, did it really come with a pinion, if so how many teeth?

    Thanks!

Haven't had the time to figure out the pic thing. Yes, it came with a 10t pinion. This is supposed to give it the same speed with the bigger wheels and tires.

The build took 2 nights. Night one was dismantling the axles and Installing the Bronco fenders, as well as adjusting from the tactical body to Bronco.

Night 2 was swapping the t lock cables, filling the shocks with oil. I got some 20wt, and I like it better than 30wt stock. Lastly was installing everything and testing the electronics.

Everything went together nice and tight. Traxxas should have had their 2.2 wheels/tires ready when this kit came out. Ordered some Hyrax 2.2 tires. Looking for wheels now.

They did think of everything down to longer drive shafts. It was a fun kit to install but tedious. A little pain in the wallet, but I like it!

It is overpriced, but not as much as people think because it does include an entirely new set of shocks. Plus, you pay for pretty colors and convenience of having a bolt on kit.

Still...where's the light kit, Traxxas?! I know I say it in ever thread, but this is getting out of hand. The light kit should have been one of the initial releases.

Agreed! The light lit should have made an appearance by now. Also, why release the lift kit without releasing the larger tires?
