    Lightbulb Stampede 4x4 Truggy

    Hi,
I'm wondering what I'd have to do to my stampede to convert it to a truggy. I want to do something very similar to urc's shapeshifter pede truggy. if I get an Ofna Hyper 10tt body, what will I have to do to the body posts? Which wing mount will fit properly? I am running 2.8 dirt hawks which seen perfect for the look I'm going for. (they are the same height as a sc tire but are about 1/4" wider) Thanks in advance for the help!
    I quit using auto-correct. It's changed everythong

Proline bulldog body is truggy style for the stampede. Stampede front bumper.

Wider track extended hexs or something protrac might be best for durability. A rear wing hpi vorza wing is widly used. I think people drill holes into the rear shock tower to mount the wing mount.

Tbone bumpers mayb they are fitted to truggies alot.

It was the project chimera that made me buy traxxss 4x4 too. I have sct, MT & Rally sorted so far. I might try pure road high speed one day.

I quickly realised tho i would need a pede chassis to use pede bodies so gave up on true truck and cut up a flotec to use instead. I brought it as the rally. Then rpm slash parts.

Hope it helps mate im no pro on this tho.

    Stampede 4x4 Truggy

    This is mine.
I used the STRC slash 4x4 ebuggy conversion kit for the wing mount and a Losi 10-T wing. Proline bulldog body for the associated t4.2 and a mamba x 2400kv motor combo. If you need any help you can pm me or just post here . Good luck!

Edit: forgot to mention it has Xo-1 diffs and MIP xduties

Very cool truggy that body is bigger than the stampede bull dog body i think.

How do you like the mx28? I think they are the very best around.

That's an awesome truck Ian! Nice work. I have the banditos sitting on a shelf. I put them on when pavement surfing. On flat surfaces. 2 degree negative camber and you can't flip it if you tried.

I totally agree! Just donít use on road! Hats why I got the banditos. The stampede bulldog body is smaller but it doesnít really look like a truggy. There is a defined truck bed that just doesnít look right.

I was thinking about getting a set and taping them, so they don't balloon. They are wide and i like the way the whole tread pattern sits in the road. That's if you don't use much negative camber. Which you probably don't going for speed.

I have the 2.8s. C2 I have 2 sets of Glocks. One set taped and one set not. Only problem, I have not tried for any speed runs yet. Maybe some day soon. I heard the Glocks untaped are good for 70mph before they start ballooning.

I can only imagine as they are very soft rubber. At least the c2's are.
