Lots of Play

Hello. There is a lot of play between part #4933 and part #5334R. Any idea why this is? Should I replace both? Thanks

Which is the caslte nut? There is an allen key under the rubber seal/cover. Is that what you are talking about?

They are tightened with the multi wrench.

Here is the multi tool (use the top part):

put a little bit of teflon pipe tape on the threads to help hold the castle nut in the carrier. I've seen others drill a small hold and thread a set screw into the carrier so that will lock the castle nut in position. Also check the pillow balls - they like to back out of the A-arms and will throw your alignment out (first clue is the front and rear tires will toe-out as the pillow balls unscrew from the A-arms). Thread lock will help hold them in place.
