Brand New EZ Peak Live - Problem

    Looking for any comments/suggestions...
Just bought a brand new single EZ Peak Live charger and ALL of my Traxxas batteries show as a chemistry error!! I have a brand new 7 cell NiMH that shows the same and my almost new (two runs) 2 cell LiPo is the same!! Very frustrating...

    Anyone else have this issue?

    TIA

Make sure the batteries are plugged in all the way, it sounds silly but that last little bit can throw you off. Also check your balance taps to make sure they are not backing out as you plug them in

Thanks for the suggestion, I have tried this again and wiggled etc...no luck. I have even set it to manual and tried other "non Traxxas" batteries and it is the same. Eight batteries I have tried, LiPo and NiMH and it is always the same...gotta be the charger.

I have same problem. Traxxas wants me to send it back. From Canada that sucks.
