Thanks Sypsp Im looking at the MM2 and 2200. Is this truck worth spending money on or do they have issues with the way the suspension is setup?

Suspension works good. People complaining about it are the ones going to the skate park, hitting the 1/4 pipe @ 45 mph & jumping the truck 25+ feet or more into the air and wondering why it broke.

Ok its time to build this one...I ordered the motor mount for it now i need a motor and esc combo.

First is this a 3.3 Revo?
Second When i switch over what gearing do i need?
    Third what motor esc combo?

Oh man you should put a 3.3 engine in it. You will be happily surprised if you put in the time to learn with Nitro. It is very rewarding and powerful, it gets attention, and it would be something different. I assume you dont have any other nitros already? Feel free to stick with electric but you might find a nitro fun.

I believe the 2055 servos were stock on Revos and Slayers. I've owned new and old and there were always 2055's

You might have better luck trying to find conversions that have been done already. With the cost to convert to an Erevo type of power and be reliable, IMHO it would be cheaper to sell and make a few bucks and buy an electric roller. Or buy an electric chassis and use some of the parts from it to complete the conversion.

If you don't mind not having the "big" power and speed you could be happy with a conversion.

I haven't converted a nitro chassis to electric so my help is limited.

Do you have any extra ESC's or motors? Or maybe look for a motor/esc from a "chop shop."

For an example I have the ESC and motor I took out of my summit that I could use for a conversion. Then after I got it working good then invest in a better motor/ESC.

I'd hate for you to do all the work, have money invested and get frustrated. But on the other hand you would have a good motor and ESC for a better setup later.

Seriously? I wonder why they didn't just sell or even donate it. Why would someone just toss it? What motor/esc is it from the arrma truck? Is it brushless?

A 4000kv motor would probably burn up trying to move that big of a truck tbh. What size can is that 4000kv motor? You should look at getting a motor of equivalent size thatís in the erevo 2.0, 2000-2200kv would be perfect. I kno you can get a 4074 2000kv 6s Arrma motor on eBay for around 40 bucks.

You could build it into a V2 Erevo, though youíd have to spend quite a bit more in parts to convert to a V2. Diffs are 50+ for both front and rear, bulkheads 15+ for both, tranny will be 70+, arms around 30, pushrods and toe links also around 30..... just a few things off top of my head. If you want an Erevo you might be better off finding one used/a rolling chassis, or buy one new.

Itís not going to be cheap to turn it into a V2 Erevo.

my experience with my revi 3.3 is dont do it. I picked up a cheap 3674 motor that is a 2650kv and on 4s, first run stripped the trans gears (expected they're plastic) so I picked up the rrp steel gear kit for it and I broke the center shaft inside the trans.
