Summit 1/10. New Servo and Bec installed then white smokes pop up inside the ESC

My summit 1/10 works completly fine and perfect until.......
I got a new big tires so I have to install a new servo to handle the big tires.
Meanwhile, I also added BEC together with the servo. The dual servo that installed is savox SB2290SG and the BEC is Castle 10 AMP Peak 6s (25 max in) 4.8-9v out. I run with 4s Lipo. The motor and ESC is stock / standard.
I am pretty sure that I installed the BEC correctly as well as the servo.

When I power it up the first time, it work flawlessly without problem. Play around for 30 minutes.
Then I off it, as usual, plug out the connector of the battery.
In about 2 hours, i wanted to play again. This time when I plug the 1st battery, instanly, the white smoke out from the esc. I plug it out immediatly. I double check the BEC installation and i found no mistake. Everything seem correct.
I never try it again because I am afraid will fry and destroyed the esc.

Can anyone help me to figure out the mistake that I made?

    Thanks.

How did you disconnect the BEC from the ESC? Or did you run the power from the external ESC to the steering servo(s) only?

Disconnected as wiring from castle BEC., cut off red wire from ESC to RX. So the servo get supply directly from external BEC

Is it the middle wire? I don't know the colours, but it's always the middle wire you need to disconnect.

Is your ESC still working? Otherwise, you probably just fried the ESC BEC.
