Hobbywings brushless sensored 2200kv rating vs 1600kv rating? Which better?

I am so confused deciding which one I should get?
Hobbywings brushless sensored 2200kv rating or 1600kv rating? Which better for crawling? Crawling need high torque. Speed is second for me. I need torque way more than speed. Both of them run 6S Lipo.

Which one I should get anyone?

    Thanks

This video will help you understand a little better between brushed & brushless motors along with which kv fits your needs. Plenty of good info. Check it out! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BcuhdkCucGA Hope this helps!

Will you use 4s or 6s?

After so much consideration, I decided to get hobbywing combo Xerun XR8 Plus 150A with motor 4274 with 2250KV sensored brushless. Able to run 6s Lipo
    My next question is

I have upgraded the servo with dual savox SB2290SG thats able to run 7.4v.
My question is, should I get external BEC Castle 10 AMP Peak 6s (25 max in) 4.8-9v out ? I run with 6s lipo.
Will the ESC alone provide enough power without external BEC?*

I prefer not to get external BEC if possible to avoide complicated setup.*
What the advantages do I get if I decided to get external BEC?
What I missed out if I do not get external BEC?

    Thank you.

stock radio/Rx will not let you use 7.4V, so yes you need a BEC
