I have Slash 4x4 and, would like to lower the truck for onroad run. Should I use X01-1 shock or Revo GTR Shock without any modification to shock tower/replace? Thank you ahead
X01.... the revo shocks are a couple mm shorter. But revo springs work are good because they are stiffer
I combined them on my street build... X0-1 shocks with REVO springs.

I agree with the above. Depending on your motor battery and esc (total vehicle weight) there are many options for revo springs to use.

Do the XO-1 GtR shocks differ from the slash ultimate ones?
Don't remember off hand, but...
The X0-1 rear shock is the same as the Slash front shock.
The X0-1 front shock is the same as the Slash front shock, but has a limiter in it.
...I think.

Looking at the manuals it looks like the XO-1 shocks use the same front and rear. They are the standard size GtR shocks.
The slash 4x4 uses long in the front and xxlong in the back. It seems that the XO-1 shocks are just shorter in general.
Is there any specific reason you used these in your build?
Shorter shocks and stiffer springs for my street build.
X0-1 shocks center to center distance:
Front: 83mm (uses limiter PN 5462)

Rear: 87mm
