    1/8 scale shocks?

I heard some have put 1/8 shocks on the slash 4x4 so i would think you could do the same to the rusty 4x4?? does anyone know anything about how to do this?

    thanks

I run 1/8 Vorza shocks on my Slash and have had no problems. It might be a little overkill on the Rusty 4x4... unless you're into big air.

I ran them on the stock shock towers:

I now run them with shock tower adaptors for better movement:

I run the GTR shock on most all my 2wd and 4x4 trucks. They are awesome, and you don't have to hope/guess if they will fit or not. Also parts/rebuilds are available everywhere because they are based on the Revo's GTR shock which means the rod ends, shock caps, and seals are all the same.
Here is what I would suggest:

    Front:
    7461X (shock shock kit)
    7444 (springs)
    Rear
    7462X (rear shock kit)
    7446 (springs)
    Pin it to win it!

For my GTR shocks, I run VG Racing springs.
Don't forget to add the REVO's variable damping kit.
I drilled all 4 holes to 1/16" and put the valve on top.

Squeegee, what cage did you use on that buggie? Or did you make it?

My cage is from a 1/10th Scale Axial Yeti.
