Ouch! Looks like time to go and get some polyester/glassfibre sanding and repair/make new holes.
To properly remove them. Make sure to get good tools first. Then, as they probably are loctited, apply some heat if they sit tight.

Why have one Spartan when you can have two?

You need to use an easy-out.

Get a small dremel tool with a cutting blade and cut a line into the metal for a regular screwdriver to fit. Always worked for me.

I've done that before. It works really good for low torqued screws, but I would be very careful you don't accidentally hit the plastic hull with your Dremel tool. If you do go the Dremel tool way, I'd make an aluminum guard (would look like a washer) and tape it to your work area. That way if you slip with your Dremel tool...no big deal.
