TRX-4 Defender windows

Hello everybody, Im kind of new here.
I have a grey Defender with black windows, and I've seen the new Orange and Green new Defender bodies have clear see-thru windows. Anybody knows how can I get my windows clear like those? thanks!

Factory bodies are not really painted, they are screen printed. You could likely find something to dissolve the printing, but it will be VERY difficult to contain it just to the windows, and not have it ruin the area around them.

Another option is to remove the plastic from the windowed area, then glue in clear lexan. I have seen a couple of bodies done this way and they look REALLY good. Of course, what I saw was right after they got done, do I have no idea how they'd hold up to any kind of abuse. Like BTYD said, YouTube is likely your friend here. There is always the option of getting one of the new bodies with the clear windows, or painting up one of your own.

I just bought a couple clear defender bodies and painted them to my liking so I could have clear windows and also have a different defender than everyone else. Looks way better without the black sticker windows..

- tools (tracer, scalpel, ruler, file)
- lexan sheet
- double-sided tape

I love the Wild Willy's driver! I have that guy as well...but I also have a few of these!
