    XO-1 full send???

How is the high speed controllability on this thing? I have an abandoned road near my house and Iíd like to put it to use. My plan was to buy an xo-1, absolutely send it down the road, hit my 75 degree ramp full send, fly way too high, smash the ground. And basically replace the chassis and anything else that broke. I know itís a stupid idea, but someone has to do it! I guess itís my time to step up to the plate. When I get enough money flowing to support such a thing, Iíll go do it. Any thoughts??

Roman Atwood already did it and it did not end well. If you are going to do it then gear it beyond stock and hit the jump at 120+. That would be interesting.

Oy might be better to tune a slash 4x4 for top speed and send it.

Some of these youtubers make tens of thousands of dollars off some boreing videos. Itd be cool to see what would actually happen at 70 or even higher.

The aredymics would hopefully keep it strait because i dont think those xo1 tires are going to give much air control especially if theyre going close to top speed.

I think it would fly like a plane for like half flight then it would go like a wingless plane crazy uncrontable tumble.

Fun and crazy, but I would of liked to of seen a few fire extinguishers when doing fire works that close to a house.

I have thought about this also. I have only seen people jump their RC around the 50mph mark also.
A 100+mph jump would be interesting to say the least.

You will need a special ramp otherwise the front end will just plow into the ramp. It will need a very long length and gentle angle.

If you do this be sure to have multiple cameras going including one in the car with some protection case on it!

I suppose if you are going to try this you might as well see if you can break the distance record also.

Just think. If a full scale truck could do that it would be like a half a mile jump.
