Bent Drive Shaft Out of the Box

Hello. This is my first post...and It's been a while since I've messed with RC trucks, but decided to re-enter with the Rustler 4x4. Out of the box, the plastic drive shaft is bowed, not straight, and is very noticeable when it's spinning (e.g, rolling it across the floor, observing as the DS wobbles side to side). Is this to be expected from plastic? And I must upgrade it to have it working properly?

I have the brushed version, for now.

    Thank you in advance.

I was able to bend it straight(er). I guess I'll upgrade it.

My brushed Rustler 4x4 had the same issue. Changed it to the aluminum one already. Need to buy the splined bullet adaptor for the front diff as well. Working great so far.
    Peace, J.J.
