Hitec X2 Charger with Traxxas iD Batteries

We got a LaTrax Rally for Christmas and I would like to use our Hitec X2 to charge the battery. Can anyone recommend an adapter or cable to use. I understand that Traxxas quit selling adapters some time ago.

When I bought my Hitec I don't remember if it came with the octopus or if I bought one separately. You may be able to find something some place but look for the genuine Traxxas adapter and not the patent-infringing knock-offs.

You might be able to get the parallel adapter for the 1/16th vehicles and use the connectors for your needs. Just some food for thought.
