Proline Wheels Raid 2.8" Black 6x30 Removable Hex Wheels!

Has anyone gotten these yet? I am always having issues with stripped hexes on the wheels running 2s on the Velineon, MIP axles and aluminum hexes. This could help a lot of us that are tired of popping 35 bucks for two wheels and having 900 tires and dont want to go to aluminum rims or upgrade to 17mm.

I'm anxious to see if the screws that hold the center hex piece in place will hold up and not strip out.

Anything has to be better than spending 40ish bucks on two new wheels/tires at a time. The 6x30 inserts are like 4 bucks a piece or maybe a pair. Yes please!

I just ordered a full set of Pro-Line Raid 2.8 Traxxas bead /w removable hex. Because I found some Badlands MX28 for a good price on Amazon. Ever since I saw this thread I been just waiting for a good set of tires to try these out. They really seem like a great wheel system for those who use 17mm but still have afew 12mm rigs or are building a rig and plan to goto 17mm later. As for the bolts possibly stripping I will keep an eye out for it. I would love to shear a bolt instead of whatever else in the drivetrain from breaking. Also think the shiny bolts will look just that much more scale.

Just go 17mm tbh, they make a wheel that looks just like that called the f11 in 2.8 size.
