It was back at the end of Jan. and was only "shown" but I haven't found any official announcements yet but totally possible I missed it since I am not a hardcore crawler.

Wow! Those look pretty great! Traxxas!!! I wonder how durable they will be? Also, if you will be able to put different tracks (treads) on?

    Nice...

The list price is $230, which isn't bad if they work as good as they look; but, I wonder if they'll be any less expensive when they hit the streets.

    Very cool!!!
Wonder if these would help or hurt actual crawling ability?
Would they fit with SSD portal covers?
    They do look really impressive.

I am wondering how well they'll work with all of the different flavors of brass portal weights we all are running.

Nice looking product. I am looking forward to a review that shows running through terrain where wheels/tires fail but the tracks are able to power through. Snow and soft sand will be different games with these!

Like everything I am seeing come out of Traxxas, these look to be nice quality and ruggedly built. I can already feel my wallet getting lighter....

I have a feeling these will only work with the Traxxas plastic portal covers. Looking at some videos the shock bracket snaps into place onto the portal covers - unless the brass covers are precisely the same dimensions as the original that is...…...will be interesting to see!

These look awesome, but just don't think I would use them as they should be used!

Also waiting to see how they fit with brass portal covers.
