Picked up a RI UDR

Finally picked up a udr, haven’t ran the truck on 6s yet, been out 3 times only on 4s but it is a beautiful truck to look while in motion or stare at when it sits on the shelf.

So far I have purchased the light kit, and the sand paddles... couldn’t help myself from purchasing.

Congrats on the new ride, that last pic is SWEET !! I am very happy with mine, had it since the holidays and no issues as of now. Added the rear diff to help stop the unexpected snap rolls.

Picked up a little something, I have other 8s capable escs but wanted to keep it traxxas mainly for the light kit... which at the moment is giving me issues but I will call traxxas.

Picked up some stainless steel tubes k & s #87115 to sleeve over the stock rear upper links. I noticed mine were slightly bending.

Sucks you broke something.. I managed to snap an output shaft in half but I suspect it was faulty to begin with. My biggest problem with my truck is the bodywork continuously breaking, in particular the rear guards at the mounting points and at the side panels. I think they could have designed those parts better.

Love the hoist! Where did you get that from?

The lift is from rc 4wd, it was at the shop I visited... as cool as it is I don’t think I would buy that lol. It is functional but for the UDR its a snug fit.

How much did you modify the back of the body? Looks modified anyway. Have you used the paddles yet?

I just cut off the side that was already broken.

There was no damage on that crash landing, believe me I have been beating this thing up.

What is good man?! I got obsessed with boats for a little over a year, still have all my cars and trucks but it wasn’t until I picked up this truck that I forgot about rc boats lol.
