Looks really good and clean! I like the mudflats and that texture paint on the body! The castle will do you good! What battery will you use? How far range is that receiver?

I run a 2s in that one...and I've never had any range issues with my Spektrum radios. I have 2 radios and multiple receivers for all of my different cars.

Nice! I have a couple spectrums, not as nice though, and they work pretty great! The only range problem I've had is when my controller had low batteries, and my older one broke, so it doesn't have very much range at all.

My two radios are a DX4s and a DX3s. I'm really wanting one of the DX5 Rugged radios for my crawlers. If i can get my hands on one I'll probably sell one of my others.

I've had a couple of the DX2e...not bad radios at all. I wouldn't have the two i have now if I hadn't come across deals i couldn't pass up. I got the DX4s for $175 with 4 receivers. The DX3s was part of a large RC lot that I picked up from a guy for $300 and parted out for double that...while keeping some of it.
I had a Flysky before that and had radio loss issues twice...both on 60mph+ cars.

That couldn't have been good. Ya, the DX2Es are good enough for me, especially since I've nothing fast, unless I go 3s in my mini summit, which won't be for a long time.

OOF, how much damage? That isn't fun, ever. That rally looks good, especially because all the colors match!

Luckily it spun and turtled(flipped on it's lid). GPS clocked 67 on that run.lol. Other than a few scratches it didn't hurt anything. It was a Ken Block Fiesta but I didn't run the KB body for speed runs...I had a regular Fiesta body for that.

The other one was mini Revo. It flipped in the yard...and blew the foams out of the tires.

Good thing you did not beak something! You apparently have better luck then me when it comes flipping, every time I flip my summit at speed it just does cartwheels, and I cringe and run to see if anythings broken. Luckily I am becoming a better driver, and flipping less. But, I just took off my 18t pinion for a 25t pinion, with a 50t spur. It is much faster, and pops wheelies more often

Dang, that thing looks cool! I like the led air scoop! What did you do to balance the GoPro out? I just took my msummit for some high speed runs with this setup and a 2s battery:

The motor was nice and toasty, and the battery was at 7.7v when I stopped, because I was real cold. It ran very well!

by the way, this setup is ONLY for speed runs, or else I'd ruin the battery...

The aluminum plate went across the whole bottom of the chassis...and with a battery on one side and the GoPro on the other it was pretty well balanced. It even handled jumps fairly well with it on there.

Nice! You have a large yard! I want some small jumps like those, just have to convince my dad to let me build one. The road I am next to is pretty good for speed runs, and such. My uncle's farm has a really long grass airstrip, so I could go there, too. But that is a long walk
