Why is more expensive to buy an Aton from Traxxas than a hobby shop?

Traxxas sets their pricing and we are not privy to why they set prices.

Purchase from where you'd like.

Thinks about it .. No hobby shop would stock/sell traxxas products if the mother ship sells them for less

This isn't unusual for many things. Some companies will not sell direct and others charge a premium as to not undermine their own dealers.

question for yall, if i was to double my batteries in parrel would this increase my flight time or would it damage my anton

rayfan - Why would hobby shops sell items for a company that undercuts them? You cannot stay in business with that kind of price model.

Shane - You should be fine if you can make them fit. Just make sure the parallel connector you use can deliver enough current.
