    Jimbo1,
I have several new upgrades to put on the UDR that I have and have come in over the last week or so. I've had both knees totally replaced late last year, going back to full time hours again vs part time has sidelined me playing with my UDR. Like I mentioned I have so many things to show as the last bash twisted the rear stock driveshaft off and I have to take the transmission apart again as I think a bearing blew out as well because of the 140 degrees temps I was getting.

    It just might be,, ,,

Here are the pics of the steering servo assembly had to be ground down in both sides as it was binding and not letting it extend to its fullest.
Also I filed the end bell on the motor so it wouldn't rub. I have touch up pics of the steering assembly and endbell, will show later.

Is there a spot on the chassis for the telemetry expander or do you have to buy a mount?

Here is the hand drill that comes with the kit, used on front and rear to make sway bar hole bigger, then rear installed.

The truck is way more solid after installing the swaybar kit. I haven't drove it yet, but on the workbench you can definitely tell as well. I didn't use the rear link that came with the kit as I had orange ones already installed, if I need to I can use the ones from the kit if the orange ones get tweaked.

It's more so of added protection to the rear VS a wheelie bar bumper as it was
listed. Pics of it installed with the wheel jack and its bar.

Had to drill the mud flaps holes out so I could add stainless for the hardware as what came with it might last one run before disappearing. I'll have pics of the flaps and tranny back up tommmow.

I think these should help with the roosters from flying under the back wheel well fenders. The material seems to be pretty decent although I upgraded the hardware a whole size bigger basically.

Thanks it has spent more time upside on the workbench, but that's the purpose of the thread to find the weak points and make upgrades to fix them.

Transmission has been lubed and put back together, put the servo back in without power, still have to turn it on and put servo horn/arm back on. I have some aluminum body panels for the front to put on as well as front bumper, can only be installed once body is on.

You'll need a bigger bottle than that, it appears to be smaller than a scale 5 lb bottle, good for 100 yrds at a 100 shot. Then the second fuel cell for alky. Paint your solenoids brass colored to be appropriate. Then you're gonna break your driveline...

I applied power last night to center the servo and to make sure nothing was rubbing in the steering assembly. While applying throttle all wheels would turn, after a couple minutes trying to see if the heat would come back it did. All wheels would turn except the front drivers side, and I believe due to this the other 3 wheels were turning at different rates. What would cause all to turn except front driver's side. Also the front calipers would rub on the wheel hubs when turning side to side frequently. I have to take the front gear box apart and see why its frozen on one side. Has anyone else had this issue with aftermarket upgrades to the front.

I applied power again this morning and both axles were turning, so I increased throttle and after 45secs or so I started to get smoke off the rear output shaft that connects to the rear driveshaft and it was so hot at connection I couldn't touch it. Something's up in the front gearbox so I have to disassemble and find out problem so I can bash this **** thing again.
