    Order Placed!

Thanks to the information from you knowledgable guys on the forum, Ive finally placed my order!
Wanted the Defender Body as that's the one I like the look of the most.

    1x TRX82056-4-SLVR Traxxas TRX-4 Land Rover Defender 110 - Grey
    2872X Traxxas 5000mah 11.1v 3-Cell 25C Lipo Battery
    2255 Traxxas 400 Digital High-Torque Brushless Servo - Waterproof
    2262 Traxxas Complete BEC
8247X Traxxas TRX-4 Metal Steering Servo Horn
6521 Traxxas Temp/Voltage Telemetry Sensor (Long)
6541 Traxxas Power Tap for Voltage Sensor
6535 Traxxas Temp Sensor Mount for Electric Motors

    Next purchases will be:

Traxxas 8030 TRX-4 Complete LED Light Kit
    Warn 9.5cti front Winch
Warn 1/10 Wireless Remote/Rx Winch Control
Also some brass Portal covers - although not sure which yet - any recommendations?

Any other interesting upgrades I should be aware of??

Considered the long arm lift kit but considering the Defender body is quite high as it is, it may not be a good idea?

Not sure if I needed the 6541 power tap for voltage sensor - I plan to solder it to the red ESC battery cable, so I could just extend the red wire from the Temp/Voltage sensor and solder it straight on?......

I may create a video build thread of the entire process like I did with my other Traxxas stuff.

Here some of my previous upgrade work - really enjoy the upgrade process!

Are there any other options than the Defender for a guy from the UK?

Ive got every single item you listed on both my Defenders. I found the winch worked flawlessly with its own little 6V BEC. When I had it hooked up to the battery it was intermittent. Too much voltage I guess. Now it works every time.
I like Beef Tubes Portal covers. Their plenty heavy and fit well but they cost.

Thanks - Ive been looking at the Samix or Yeah Racing for the portal covers etc - still undecided as of yet.
Ideally I would like to hook the winch up to a second battery to keep it completely separate from the main truck's power. This should be possible, right?

I've heard great reviews on the Samix portal covers. Great fit and are black. I have no experience with them, but I do like the Samix links I have.
