    Is this normal?

Should the shocks stay down this much after they're compressed?

What does it do when you push it down quickly and let it rebound?

Without the truck's weight on the wheels, does the suspension cycle quickly when compressed then let go?

It's pretty much the same If I press it down quickly, it kinda stays down. But If I pick the car up and press the shocks they rebound quite fast. Can it be that its time for oil change? Never done it on the car yet.

Your springs may be a little tired. I always stretch my springs a little bit to get better performance from them.

Check that the a-arm pins are not binding.

Stretching the springs sounds easy enough, will get to it asap. And check the pins. Might also take a shot at replacing the oil, I need to learn how to do it sooner or later. Thanks everyone! :-)
