    Question Using Deans/ Traxxas adapter

The new batteries I just got (Gen ace 3s 5000mah 50c) have deans plugs I purchased the adapter plugs.

My concern is are adapter going to be a point of concern in regards to current lose ? And do you find soldering a traxxas plug on manditory or just purchasing traxxas plugs already attached the way to go.

My first rc boat so my thought is these things need alot of smooth current flow. I'd hate to be damaging batteries or boat

Switching all to EC5 connectors would be better. Running an adaptor will create more problems for you.
