    Use or Not

    So finally did some shake down runs with the car. Rock solid, fast, Iím happy. But on a return trip the motor started cogging. No worries, on of the motor leads had come loose, not out. The battery is now slightly puffed. Itís been a while since it was exercised. Cell total is 15.4 resting. All cells are within 2 hundredths of each other.
    The picture shows how the battery doesnít sit flush on the table, top is the same. Should I just dispose of it or just admit lipos expand over time to a degree.

    tough one to make a recommendation...considering there are four cells in that pack...I'd probably continue using it. You have a lot of time and $$ in your build, however, and I would absolutely hate hearing of a disaster...

    No. But it was just due to the motor lead coming loose. This was the first run for my new setup.

    That's good to hear because mine cogs a bit from a stop since I geared it down. Had me concerned LOL
