1/16 Slash 4x4 or Latrax Teton for 4 year old

My daughter is turning four and would like a remote control like mine. Curious if anyone has any input between the 1/16 slash, teton and prerunner. I want something that will grow with her. I'd like to be able to slow it way down and I don;t want to fix it every time she uses it!

Latrax Teton, because the slash 1/16 is an advanced toy I would say and if he breaks something itíll be harder to fix than the Teton which is simpler I.E. less parts etc. I own both and Iíve had way shorter repair times on my latrax and itís parts are less as well.

I like my Teton as well, it's great for younger drivers.

Are the Tetons able to drive on the lawn without overheating? I’d assume even though they are smaller scale the design might give them a leg up there.

The Tetons (and other Latrax vehicles) tend to get a bit hot in my experience. We do drive ours in the grass quite a bit, but you do have to watch the temps.

I would say that the 1/16 slash on training mode would be a better option, because as she gets older/ more experienced you can speed it up to 100%. It is built on the mini erevo platform and I know from personal experience that platform can take a good beating.
