ESC problem?

I was looking into installing a castle Bec I have laying around decided not too remembering my servo is 6v after replugging the servo, lights and power to the receiver I turned it on and the car acted crazy it would not move and randomly jump forward and the savox servo sounded terrible too. I assumed it needed fully charged batteries because it reset after being unplugged, so I put in fresh batteries and the car was than able to move but the servo still sounds higher pitched sound and a light hum even when I lift the front wheels.

Savox are known to pull some amps.
So it is likely pulling more than can be supplied by the internal bec.
it is not a voltage issue it's a amp issue.A BEC is the simplest way to solve it.
remove the red(center)wire from the esc connecter (can be done without cutting it)program bec for 6v plug into any open slot on rx.done

Check to make sure servos are plugged into the right channel numbers. Remember traxxas Rx's have two channel 1's. If you hooked up wrong could have messed up internal bec.
Unplug all servo leads to ESC, steering servos, lights and test one at a time.

Follow grizz's test it could be a micro servo going bad.the evx 2 can do some weird things when a servo goes bad

how do I know what channels to plug into?

ok so I noticed the light humming sound happens when the diff locker or gear servos are under stress. can someone show me a picture of how the everything should be plugged into the receiver the right way.

I managed to find an old read and plug everything in correctly but the noise and hum is yet to stop.
