    HELP New Ford GT problems

Hey Guys, I need your help. I am new to the R/C world. We just got this baby for my 10 year old and I can't for the life of me figure out why the throttle doesn't work. We literally just unboxed today (bought from Traxxas online) Charged the batteries plugged everything up. The steering works no problem. Followed the instructions in the manual or so I think I did correctly for setting up the esc but no go. I feel I maybe doing something wrong. I appreciate any help that you may give us so we can go out and have some fun with this thing today.

    Jim

Make sure you are using the correct batteries and then recalibrate the ESC:

What signals do the ESC give - colour and blinking

If you use lipo's it should be sollid green.

Thank you, I figured it out shortly after posting the question and wanted to come back and tell you it was set for Lipo batteries and the red light was flashing on the esc. Did the reset thing that i saw on a video about low voltage detection and all is good now. Thanks again guys.

The battery connector didn't have a tag on it explaining this? I've not seen a Traxxas vehicle yet with that big warning tag missing.
