    8th scale wheels for xmaxx

hi guys just wondering if anyone has used 8th scale wheels on the xmaxx and if so how they went about finding adaptors as such I cannot seem to find any adaptors which will allow to run smaller profile tyres and wheels any help would be greatly appreciated

ps this project isn't for me to jump massive jumps ot anything purely for road use and speed runs

    thanks in advance

GRP has 1/5 scale wheels. I love a fast ride, but why a Maxx. It’s literally your worst choice because of tires and travel.

I would sell them and use the money toward a set of those huge foam tires for the X-Maxx wheels so you can spare the time switching gears for smaller 1/8 tires to save your motor:

I also second the where can we get the foamies ?

I much rather use foam due to wear on the treat for speed runs

Gone bananas racing. Rick makes them. They’re custom and he doesn’t make them often

The 1/8 scale wheels might not clear the wheel hub assembly. Not real sure.

You might want to look at the Losi 5ive buggy wheels to have foams built on. They have a large diameter 1/5 size with a 24mm hex and have a flat face (more aerodynamic)
