    Differential binding when screw tightened.

    My front differential binds when I tighten this screw(pic). Iím not sure about my rear. Does anybody else have this problem?

    Are you sure you are using the right screw? How does the bulkhead look? Straight or twisted?

    The screw looks about right. Looking inside the housing I can see wear in the far right corner. (Looking from back) I have an rpm front bulkhead. It is curved - not sure if thatís normal. I was thinking about trying a new diff housing as well.

    Take screw out and measure it. You are dealing with mm. "It looks right" is not it is right.
