    I just installed......

a KHZ motor mount with the larger bearing. Am I remembering correctly, some of us need to shorten our mesh adjuster screw? It's bottoming out. Might need to take a full 1/16 to 3/32 off of it.

Mine matched up perfectly, at least with the stock gearing (which will be getting changed).

I still use the stock screw on both of my rigs, and both have KHZ mounts. Never had to shorten the screw.

Make sure you are using both the split and flat washer.

King Headz motor mounts are exactly like the stock piece. If you are talking about the Hot Racing motor mount then you do have to modify things.

I have a KHZ, honestly, don't remeber what screw is in it. I have tons of spares, and if one is too long, I find a shorter one

It was a direct drop in except for that single screw. Its a nice piece. I thought I remembered reading somewhere that folks needed to shorten up that screw. It's not a problem, just looking for conformation.

Hot Racing. I bought it because of the o ring but I have recently discovered that it is a reason to not buy it.
