    1/16 Summit

Wow! What a fun little car/truck!

I should mention that this is not a VXL version.

I picked one up the other day at the LHS. Since the big Summit is waiting on a servo, The X-Maxx is waiting on a servo and the Rusty is waiting on a lower A-arm, I decided to tool around the yard and street with the Mini Summit a bit. It was pulling wheelies with just the 2820 lipo with a week old charge, so probably not 100%.

I was impressed with the stability when jumping the curb. It stayed completely level until 4-point landing. It also ran for about 45 minutes!

Definitely a neat little addition to the ever growing collection!

Iím going to picking up an ARR 1/16 summit VXL off eBay Friday, needs a little TLC and thatís okay. It needs a few parts, nothing really expensive other than the body and tires which are 30 bucks and 35-40 bucks off eBay. I have a 1/16 e revo and thought about converting it but Iíd rather have one of each

Congrats! I agree, the Merv and Summit really are different enough in both scales to have one of each rather than converting.

    Fun little yard bashers.

Yes they are. I send my mini e revo 10-12 feet high and it begs for more. They are tough lil suckers!
