Help with rustler 2wd tranny issues.

My spur is spinning with throttle on but car wont move. If I lift the back end up the wheels will start spinning a little, one more than the other. I had to replace the pin on the spur shaft that holds the gear in place and now its tight and straight. Ran fine for a couple of battery packs but now I see a broken tooth on the idler gear. Would that be the cause of no power to the wheels or is it possible the gears are stripped in the differential gear set too? I'm guessing I didnt clean all the broken pieces of the spur shaft pin out of the gearbox.
Its a newer rustler xl5 converted to a brushless system.

I think you are right, the most likely cause (IMHO) is the diff and the little gears in there. At least the parts aren't too expensive! Time to break down the tranny case and replace any broken gears. Tear down the diff and see what's inside.
    Good luck.
