I have 2 TRX6s, what should I do (one broken, I'll explain)

I ordered a TRX6, which arrived in warped condition, the chassis was severely bent an one of the wheels is heavily damaged (huge scratches). There are a few supporting rods for the suspension that snapped, but the car still runs, just one wheel does not touch the ground and is lopsided and turns to one side when not steered. The body, which is the matte gunmetal gray, has a medium sized rip, and is deformed. All of the electronics such as the motor and esc are good, and all of the functions work. Traxxas said UPS will pay for the damage and they will send a brand new TRX 4, and will not take the old one back, because the electronics are technically "used". Anybody have any ideas of what I should do with them?

I could do a rear steer setup, but that's wayyyyy beyond my current level of experience.

Replacements, not just parts but whole components.If you are not familiar with taking apart and rebuilding diffs etc.(Its not so bad seems intimidating but it's really not).you can replace the whole axle
That is a bunch of money saved on parts before you started spending any.
Or just save them for a month you will be fully addicted by then and will have started building something.lol

I would either have to buy a new chassis or try to straighten it out, both are pretty hard because they probably don't and wont sell the TRX 6 chassis for a long time.

The rear axle is unique to this truck.
As it needs to have the ring gear on the other side. So save that for sure in case you need parts.

Strip it of everything not broke and junk the rest.
Trying to straighten the frame is not simple, and will stress the drivetrain and suspension if not squared up really good. This is like Youre starting out on house money!

Im not sure I want to sell them all of the spares, I'm planning to use the parts on a SCX10 kit, I may sell motor and esc
