    servo issues

Recently reassembled my rustler xl-5 with the stock 2056 servo. It steers fine when I hold the front end up and it doesnt have any weight on it, but when I have it outside in relatively short grass, it turns only a couple millimeters and makes a clicking sound when it is completely turned one direction. I've changed the gears in it and they are fine. Is this just the servo motor giving out and not producing enough torque? I've had it for probably 4 years but only ran it for 1 of those, however, it was used a lot back when I did use it.

Upgrade to a 2075 servo it is a stock servo for the newer models and will be better than the 2056 you can pick them up cheap from eBay chop shops or Jennyís rc

That's what I was thinking of doing. Was just wondering if there is a cheaper or free solution to fix it, but if it is indeed the servo motor I'll just pick up the 2075.

I donít know if it would be the servo motor but the 2075 is a good step in the right way

Jennys RC has 6 left of the metal geared 2075R servo. Drop in replacement.
