    TRX4 Bronco - Mamba X w/ 3800kv - Settings

What's everyone changing for settings on the Mamba X via the Castle Link?

WOW, 3800, that is REALLY fast for that rig.

Given that you are running the stock controller, set your voltage for 6VDC, any higher and you'll fry the RX.

Other than that, you'll likely want to adjust your throttle curve a lot, otherwise you'll have no low-end control.

Still will want to run throttle curve
3800 is a pretty fast motor for this rig.
So you will want the power to roll on slower.you can detuned it a bit with punch control.

Ya it definitely has some balls, would like to run a slow curve with a steep end, want to have great crawling control, just not used to what settings for the Castle stuff.

One of the key things is to select 'Reverse' under 'Motor Direction'.

I don't know if you'll be able to achieve good low speed crawling control with a 3800kv motor. Certainly watch your temps when crawling.
