    replacing steering servo

    Hi guys,

so the steering servo went out, not complaining it has served us well. I am asking if there is anything else I should be looking at while the machine is torn down waiting for the new servo to come in? I figure it is a good time to go thru everything since I have it all broken down.

Since you point Iíve gotta pull the front, check the tie bar for excessive bending, also check the center shaft for bending as well.

    Somehow builds are never done....

Tip. Power up the new servo centre the horn before you screw it onto the new servo.

Remember to turn TSM right down and centre the Trim knob on your transmitter before doing this!

Replaced the servo last night and while I had the truck tore apart my grandson(the truck owner) gave it a very good cleaning. We also replaced the front shock towers, they were torn at the bottom where they get pinned in with the front A-arms.
