You have to upload the photo to a hosting site like

https://imgbb.com/

Once it's there, you copy and paste a link for the "full image" into your message here, and post away. Once you submit the post, your photo will be visible.

I'm sure there are other hosting sites than the one I posted, but that's what I use.

You have to right click the image, copy image location, then use that in the IMG tags.

This was the url after I copied the image location for that:
