    Bearing Size 8x11x4 ?

Does this bearing exist? Google only produced a couple results and one of them was in this forum here:

    https://forums.traxxas.com/showthrea...pede-and-mods:

"That to me looks like an XL-1 (I believe?) and I would say its about the same age as my old one. Which would mean that the bushings are the wrong size for the new bearings. Could you drop a wheel off and remove the hex adaptor, then post a pic of the axle and bushings then we could say for sure if they are the 8x11x4 or the older smaller ones. If they are the old ones it's not a big job. You would need the 4 carriers for each corner and 8 bearings - 2 go in each carrier and they just bolt straight into what you have already, nice and simple"

    And another mention here:

    https://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/spe...r-upgrade.html

"Then used a 8x11x4 bearing as a spacer for the prop(pic 2). That alone has done wonders."

Thanks in advance for any help.

And side note, I can't believe I joined this forum 15 years ago...wow!

I couldn't find anything with that size O.D. and I.D. This might be a bad number. I don't think they make that particular cross-section bearing that thin. The cross-section of this bearing would only be 1.5mm from the I.D. to the O.D. and I don't think that is possible.

In that thread they said the wrong bearing size. I believe they meant to say 5x11x4 bearings and they needed 8. Sorry.

You probably won't find a ball bearing that size. I don't know if this helps but you could get self-lubricating bushings. Traxxas has these traxxas/products/parts/1675. You could drill out to 8mm.
