What do you guys do with the NiMH batteries/chargers that come with your RC (assuming you run lipos). Do you sell them? Salvage the connectors? I'm just curious because I have a plethora of various sized (mostly unused) NiMH batteries.

I have one pack I am thinking of unsoldering the cells and reconfiguring into a 4x3 saddle pack for a vintage Yokomo 4wd buggy . Even an older Nihm pack is miles ahead of the NiCd we used to run in those .
