    Battery problems

    When I charged my battery, I noticed a little fog on the inside. A couple of hours after I took it off the charger, it was still there and there were water drips (condensation) inside of the plastic casing. Is this normal? If not, what should I do?

    That was a common problem for me when I drove my trucks in the winter; to help resolve it, I put small holes in the shrink wrap to serve as vents.

    I did the same as cooleocool. This is what I did to my summit batteries, and that truck loves the water.



    You don't have to make the holes as big as I did.

    Um so I accidentally left my battery plugged into my car and left it so it went completely dead. My charger won't recognise it at all!!��

    Now my chArger recognises it I'm just using an ez peak but it will
    start and then flash at 4 amps??

    Unless you wired it wrong, there is no reason a new battery would fry your esc....

    The esc shorted internally because of me accidently leaving the battery connected. Connected the new battery and let the smoke out. Nothing wrong with the wiring Connected a new 1/8 Hobbywing no problems.
