the back is just a piece of velcro so you can just flip the body up without taking the body clip out

All I have is some busted up stock bodies that are splitting up the rear fenders.

When mine break, I glue them back together with E6000 and drywall mesh tape.

As far as cheap bodies, I get the knockoffs on eBay, I've been thinking of getting the one that looks like a VW Bug, with an American flag pattern:

I don't like the way the Slash body has fenders and traps all sorts of mud, for general bashing this should be good.

I have been using bodies from this seller with my Stampedes and they have been doing well.

BlueTrane2028, that's the body I'm running. But would love to have an old school '72 chevy body. Hard to find one for the Slash it seems.

stumbled upon this thread and was thinking..every single one of my stock bodies have been cracking and breaking where the rear body pins go..i got the proline kit, so they screw on instead of pin.. Any suggestions on how to keep it from breaking in that same spot? ive used rubber undercoating, jb weld and flex seal to reinforce, but all have failed. I don't know what to do...

My go to basher body is the jconcepts BAJR (pronounced Badger). I beat the snot out of this truck, cartwheel it, land flat upside down on the roof from a jump, crash it hard, it doesn't break. Awesome!

I really haven't had much issue with the parachute effect with this body. Short course bodies are the worst if they're not an aftermarket vented body
