    Very low antenna range

Hello. I have an E-revo 1/16 for some time and so I noticed that can be driven only as far as 20-30 meter distance because past that I totally loose the signal.

I think this is not normal. I drive it at the road. I have linked the transmitter on the receiver as explained by traxxas and batteries on radio seems to be full because I changed them recently.

Can you give me any other advice? Thanks

Check your antenna wire on the car. Is it damaged?

Not any visible damage. I even release the nuts on the waterproof cover of the receiver box. Maybe I try some new batteries on the transmitter if there is not any other opinion

Here is a thread with pictures of what the 2.4ghz antenna should look like, they had the same problem. forums.traxxas.absolutely-HORRIBLE-range-with-tqi

    What transmitter are you using?

The transmitter is TQ 2.4 GHz and the receiver has three channels. This is a compination from traxxas.

    Thanks for the link

Does your receiver antenna have around 30mm or an inch of wire past the metal part? You might need to pull it through the plastic antenna tube to check.
